Display
The Oppo Find X9 features a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2760 × 1256 pixels (FHD+). It supports a 120Hz refresh rate and has an extremely high peak brightness of up to 3600 nits, making it very bright even under direct sunlight. It also has a 240Hz touch sampling rate and displays 1.07 billion colors (10-bit color depth) with a pixel density of 460 PPI.
The display includes Dolby Vision support and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection for durability. Additionally, the screen incorporates high-frequency PWM dimming to reduce eye strain and is certified by TÜV Rheinland and SGS for eye comfort.
Processor and Software
The Oppo Find X9 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, which is a 3nm octa-core processor. It features a CPU configuration of 1×4.21 GHz Arm C1-Ultra, 3×3.5 GHz Arm C1-Premium, and 4×2.7 GHz Arm C1-Pro cores, along with an Arm Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 GPU.
Oppo Find X9 runs Android 16 with Oppo’s ColorOS 16 skin on top. This combination offers a smooth and updated experience with the latest Android features and Oppo customizations.

The Oppo Find X9 features a premium triple rear camera setup, with main camera being a 50MP Sony LYT-808 sensor with an f/1.6 aperture and optical image stabilization (OIS).
It has 50MP Samsung JN5 sensor with f/2.0 aperture and 120° field of view for expansive, sharp wide-angle photos. Periscope Telephoto camera is a 50MP Sony LYT-600 sensor with f/2.6 aperture, OIS, and 3x optical zoom, supporting up to 18x digital zoom for crisp distant shots.
Additionally, it has a 2MP multi-spectral sensor enhancing color accuracy with Hasselblad’s color tuning technology. The front camera is a 32MP sensor with an f/2.4 aperture.
Battery
The Oppo Find X9 features a large 7025mAh battery, which is a significant upgrade over its predecessor, offering approximately 24.7% more capacity. It supports 80W wired SUPERVOOC fast charging, 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.
Oppo claims the battery can last up to two days on typical usage and retains over 80% of its original capacity even after five years of use.
Memory and Storage
The Oppo Find X9 comes with an option of 12GB and 16GB of RAM with 256GB and 512GB of internal storage offering ample space for apps, photos, videos, and other data. The device does not support a memory card for expandable storage.
Safety and Security
Oppo Find X9 includes a fast ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication while facial recognition technology is also supported for quick and secure unlocking. The phone is IP68 and IP69 rated for dust and water resistance, ensuring protection against water ingress and high-pressure water jets.
