The Vivo T4 Pro features a 6.77-inch quad-curved AMOLED display with a resolution of 2392 × 1080 pixels (FHD+) and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It supports a high refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 480Hz for smooth user experience and responsive touch input.
The display covers a P3 wide color gamut with 1.07 billion colors, delivering vibrant and cinema-grade visuals. For brightness, the screen can reach up to 5000 nits peak brightness with 1500 nits in high brightness mode (HBM). It supports HDR10+ for enhanced contrast and color details and incorporates 2160Hz PWM dimming for eye comfort, alongside SGS low blue light certification. Protection is provided by Diamond Shield Glass.
Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor with Android 15

The Vivo T4 Ultra is available with RAM options of 8GB and 12GB. The device also supports virtual RAM expansion, allowing users to expand the RAM by up to 12GB for improved multitasking performance.
For internal storage, it offers variants with 128GB and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, providing fast data read and write speeds for improved overall performance. However, it does not have expandable storage via microSD cards.
